1. Communication: We'll work with your school to explain the program to parents – through presentations, webinars, leaflets, and email reminders.
2. Ordering: Parents easily order devices tailored for education, choosing to rent or buy with no credit checks. The process includes setting up secure parent and student Easy4u accounts.
3. Configuration: We configure each device specifically for the student or teacher, getting it ready for immediate use – including school security protocols, pre-loaded software, personalised labels, and protective cover.
4. Delivery: Devices are delivered directly to the student with digital confirmation, ready to use.
5. Service, Damage, and Theft Cover: If something happens, we'll provide a loan device while we fix it, covering repairs and even theft/damage with a small excess fee. We handle all the service arrangements for the school.
